This beautiful necklace is made by two artisan groups from two different countries. The Have Hope group based in Kenya created the paper beads and leather addition to this necklace and the Hope House artisans created the brass wire circle. Hope House is a secure space for women in Azerbaijan who have escaped violent situations in the Middle East.
The Circle of Hope was created to express their beacon of light in an area of oppression. These safe communities allow for dignified jobs for these women. By empowering these artisans they provide for their families and also create clean water through Just One Africa's Clean Water Program in Kenya.
